Section 1. Active Members

Active membership is open to all registered Democratic citizens who live or work in Montgomery county as defined in the County master plan, who have paid their dues for the current year, and support the purposes, ideals and principles for the African American Democratic Club as articulated in Article II (Purpose of the Organization).

Only members shall have the privilege of voting.

Section 2. Associate Membership

Associate Membership (non-voting) shall be opened to all interested Democrats citizens who do not live or work in Mongomery County as defined in the County master plan whom shall have paid dues as provided herein and support the purposes, ideals, and principles for the African American Democratic Club as articulated in Article II (Purpose of the Organization).

Section 3. Youth Membership

Youth membership shall be individuals who are 17 and under and identify themselves as Democrats, who support the the purposes, ideals, and principles for the African American Democratic Club as articulated in Article II (Purpose of the Organization).
